Ingredients: coconut flakes, almond slivers, chopped cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cranberries, organic maple syrup, organic coconut oil & Saigon cinnamon. Instructions: Place all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Melt coconut oil over low heat and pour over mixture. Mix well using a spoon or your hands (fun!) and spread evenly on a baking sheet. Tip - I like to use parchment paper to make for easy cleanup. Cook at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy! :)...

Stress. It is part of our lives and sometimes unavoidable, but chronic stress is particularly damaging to the body, mind, and spirit over time. I have found some simple yet effective ways to manage or at least minimize stress… Lavender is an amazing essential oil with so many uses, but it’s particularly helpful with managing stress. During times of acute stress, I have a lavender and Epsom salt bath in the evening before bed to wind down and regroup.
