You hear a lot about vibes, vibration, energy and other similar terminology these days, but what does it mean, and why should we want to raise our energy and vibrations anyway? I remember back in Grade 10 Physics Science class when the Instructor taught us the Law of Conservation of Energy, stating that “energy can neither be created nor destroyed; energy can only be transferred or changed from one form to another.” We learned about objects and vibrations, referencing the oscillating and vibrating movement of atoms and particles caused by energy. And how even solid objects like tables are actually made up of microscopic vibrating atoms that receive, store, and emit energy. Ingredients: coconut flakes, almond slivers, chopped cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cranberries, organic maple syrup, organic coconut oil & Saigon cinnamon. Instructions: Place all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Melt coconut oil over low heat and pour over mixture. Mix well using a spoon or your hands (fun!) and spread evenly on a baking sheet. Tip - I like to use parchment paper to make for easy cleanup. Cook at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy! :)...
