Ingredients: coconut flakes, almond slivers, chopped cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cranberries, organic maple syrup, organic coconut oil & Saigon cinnamon.
Instructions:
Place all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Melt coconut oil over low heat and pour over mixture.
Mix well using a spoon or your hands (fun!) and spread evenly on a baking sheet. Tip – I like to use parchment paper to make for easy cleanup.
Cook at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy! 🙂
