You will receive TWO Reiki.Restore.Renew healing sessions (typically one in the beginning and near the end of your wellness journey) plus your Metabolic Solution custom nutrition plan and one-on-one coaching and support with me throughout the program.

Note: I utilize the Metabolic Balance® Canada all-natural, whole-food-based nutrition and health program to reboot and re-balance your hormones and metabolism. And this health and wellness program typically lasts for one to three months, depending on your health and/or weight loss goals.

The first healing session will initiate the benefits of Reiki and Crystal energy healing therapy to prepare your body, mind and spirit for success and gentle clearing before beginning your Metabolic Balance® custom nutrition plan.

The additional Reiki.Restore.Renew healing sessions will help ensure long-term success and support as you enjoy the benefits of your improved state of health and wellness.
